Exceptionally comfortable venue in a favourable setting in the middle of jackson. The pool area is lovely too. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

My Xmas stay was pretty great at this hotel. I loved how comfortable the rooms were, especially the spacious ones. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi connection and the kind and supportive staff. The location was also very convenient and I was able to call for taxis, laundry, pharmacy, restaurant and grocery delivery with ease.
There were a few aspects that I didn't enjoy as much. The bathroom had a bad smell that made me hesitate to book again.
